That background shaped a disciplined view of technology: it should remove friction, improve access to information, and leave consequential judgment in human hands.
At WithJoy.AI, conversational search and responsive tools support the repeatable work of discovery and coordination. David and licensed professionals remain available for tours, offer preparation, negotiation, and closing support.
His primary work is with prospective buyers across Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Washington, Westmoreland, Butler, and Beaver counties, including first-time buyers and investment-property buyers.
